Finding a Doula

When it comes to finding a Doula you want to take your time. Make sure you meet a few as every Doula has a special energy about them. You will most likely know immediately who you are going to choose. The initial meeting is all about chatting about light topics, getting to know one another a little bit. This needs to feel easy and natural and almost like you have known each other a long time.

Write down some questions you want to ask your Doula, every Doula is different and offers different packages and some specialise in different areas like Vbacs or Homebirth. Make sure your questions are answered and you are satisfied.
