A postnatal Doula is all about nurturing the new mum, helping around the house, sharing experiences and advice and generally just being there.

You have a choice of 3 different postnatal packages:
SMALL postnatal Package: $ 300 (6hrs of support)
- 2 x 3hr visits to your home after your birth
- Help with breastfeeding techniques
- Establishing a routine for you and your baby
- Helping with swaddling & settling your baby
- Sharing sleeping techniques
- Providing 2 home cooked meal
- Doing the laundry
- Tidying the house
- Grocery shopping
- Looking after the baby while you get some rest
- Listening to anything that’s on your mind
MEDIUM postnatal Package: $650 (15hrs of support)
- 5 x 3hr visits to your home after your birth
- Help with breastfeeding techniques
- Establishing a routine for you and your baby
- Helping with swaddling & settling your baby
- Sharing sleeping techniques
- Providing 2 home cooked meal
- Doing the laundry
- Tidying the house
- Grocery shopping
- Looking after the baby while you get some rest
- Listening to anything that’s on your mind
LARGE postnatal Package: $1200 (30hrs of support)
- 10 x 3hr visits to your home after your birth
- Help with breastfeeding techniques
- Establishing a routine for you and your baby
- Helping with swaddling & settling your baby
- Sharing sleeping techniques
- Providing 2 home cooked meal
- Doing the laundry
- Tidying the house
- Grocery shopping
- Looking after the baby while you get some rest
- Listening to anything that’s on your mind
